Behavior Modification
We
advise and help our patients via counseling to avoid stressful
situations, stop overworking, complaining, overeating, drug taking,
gambling, smoking and heavy alcohol consumption and thus help them to
modify their behavior.
Stress Management
We
ensure that our patients manage their Stress by doing two 1/2 hour
sessions per day of prayer, meditation, listening to calming music,
walking, yoga, tai chi, or any other soothing, de-stressing technique.
Environment
We
advise our patients to clean up their living and work environments,
remove toxins such as paint thinners, pesticides, and strong cleaning
products, and obtain appropriate water filtration systems.
