Creating Balance
Exercise -- a Key to Promoting Health and Wellness

The concept of balance has been around since the beginning of time...

One means by which we can begin to create this balance is to be physically active. The benefits of regular exercise range from disease prevention to stress reduction to improvements in daily energy levels. This is not a comprehensive list of benefits, but it should give you some idea of the many areas of life that can be positively influenced by regular physical activity. Exercise is not a cure-all, but it does provide a foundation for creating balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

Behavior Modification
We advise and help our patients via counseling to avoid stressful situations, stop overworking, complaining, overeating, drug taking, gambling, smoking and heavy alcohol consumption and thus help them to modify their behavior.

Stress Management
We ensure that our patients manage their Stress by doing two 1/2 hour sessions per day of prayer, meditation, listening to calming music, walking, yoga, tai chi, or any other soothing, de-stressing technique.

Environment
We advise our patients to clean up their living and work environments, remove toxins such as paint thinners, pesticides, and strong cleaning products, and obtain appropriate water filtration systems.
